How to use Keys and Costs

Choose a task, then open a tool. Results are for reference; check the source and date shown.

1. Find a place: enter a postcode or address in the map search, then choose a result.

2. Drop a pin: tap the map to explore that place. A postcode centre is approximate, not an exact home.

3. Ask KC AI: describe your task and include the place. Follow-up questions help fill missing details.

4. Save a report: use Print / PDF where available. Check the result and its sources before printing. Your browser can save the printed page as a PDF.
